Google Drive bringt 5 GB kostenlosen Onlinespeicher für Musik, Videos, Fotos, Dokumente

Gestern wurde Google's neuer Cloudspeicher Google Drive gestartet, der Onlinedienst bietet 5 GB kostenlosen Onlinespeicher zum Speichern von Fotos, Musik, Dokumenten oder Videos. Melden Sie sich einfach mit ihrem Google Konto bei dem Service an, und holen Sie sich Ihren kostenlosen Speicher. Falls Sie noch kein Google Konto besitzen können Sie sich hier für einen kostenlosen Google Account registrierten.

Google bietet damit jedem Nutzer  die Möglichkeit, Videos, Fotos oder andere Dokumente im Internet zu speichern und Dateien für andere Nutzer zum Download freizugeben. Google Drive unterstützt über 30 verschiedene Dateiformate, die direkt im Browser geöffnet werden können. Dazu zählt neben den Google-eigenen Dateitypen etwa auch das portable PDF Format. Google tritt mit dem neuen Service in Konkurrenz zu Dropbox als auch zu Skydrive von Microsoft.

Google Drive gives you free 5 GB storagespace

Yesterday, Google's new cloud storage „Google drive“ was launched, the online service offers 5 GB of free online storage to store photos, music, documents or videos. Simply log in with your Google account, and get your free memory. If you do not have a Google account you can register here for a free Google account.

Google offers every user the possibility, to store videos, photos or other documents on the Internet and share files with other users for download. Google Drive supports over 30 different file formats that can be opened directly in the browser. In addition to Google's own file types also the portable PDF format can be viewed. Google enters the new service to compete with other Cloud Space providers like Dropbox or Microsoft (Skydrive).
