Das Open-Source-Tool Handbrake wandelt DVDs und Videos für den iPod und das iPhone um. Allerdings können keine kopiergeschützten DVD's übertragen werden.
Die Software wandelt ihre Videos in das I-Phone bzw. I-Pod Format um und Sie können somit Filme leicht auf Urlaubsreisen etc. mitnehmen.
Bei der Convertierung können Bitrate Tonformat und Bildgröße selbst gewählt werden. Zusätzlich können Sie mehrere DVDs auf einmal umwandeln oder nur einzelne Kapitel auswählen.
